What we are building
A single home for lake information
CLWA’s expanded digital platform is being built to help residents, visitors, volunteers, and lake advocates better understand what is happening on and around Chebacco Lake. Instead of relying on scattered documents, social media posts, reports, photos, and updates, the goal is to create one trusted place for lake conditions, education, community participation, and stewardship.

Why CLWA modernized
The way people access information has changed
For many years, CLWA communicated primarily through newsletters, meetings, email, printed materials, and a traditional informational website. Those tools remain valuable, but residents now expect timely information to be available from their phones, tablets, and computers whenever they need it.
Lake conditions, water quality information, historical documents, events, volunteer opportunities, wildlife observations, and community updates were often spread across separate files, websites, emails, and social media posts.
CLWA chose to modernize its digital presence so information could be easier to find, more useful to the public, and better connected to the Association’s stewardship and community programs.
